Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20 January 2025


Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below for information on how to proceed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • You must return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Some items are non-returnable, such as, personalized products, and made-to order items.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at rj@abacatrends.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. For personalized items, we don't accept returns. 
  3. Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If you received a discount, promotional offer, or gift card, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only. To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the desired replacement.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at rj@abacatrends.com
